How customers opt in

Tech Ten Solutions collects SMS consent directly from each customer through a one-to-one relationship. Consent is obtained verbally during phone calls and in person when a customer signs up for or discusses our services. We do not purchase, rent, or upload phone number lists, and we only message customers who have personally agreed to receive texts from us.

When we collect consent, the customer is told, in substance:

The customer’s mobile number and their agreement are recorded in our customer records at the time consent is given. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Customers can also request text messages by completing the form below. Checking the consent box is optional and is never required to use our services.

How to opt out
